Looking for an Office Administrator in the Pocatello region. You will be responsible for our office clerical duties. This position is vital to the operation of our facility. Having good customer skills and an attention to detail is essential.
This position is a temporary 5 month position from May to October.
  • Monday through Friday 8-5
  • Must have no prior commitments during the summer
  • We are busy during this time and we need employees with commitment

APPLICANT MUST BE BILINGUAL (English and Spanish) TO BE CONSIDERED.
Position Description:
  • Greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner
  • Maintains a record-keeping system to meet food safety and defense requirements
  • Assigns locks, lockers and parking permits to employees and maintain a list of equipment and inventory
  • Creates employee files and files all documents
  • Directs callers to destination, takes messages as needed
  • Processing packages for delivery
  • Responsible for mail pickup and collection
  • Assist with other clerical tasks

Requirements:
  • One to two years of related administrative experience and/or training
  • Must have a clean DMV record
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Perform basic reading writing and math skills
  • Capacity to lift 25 pounds
