IES Custom Staffing and the Salvation Army have teamed up to continue that wonderful yearly tradition. We are hiring donation specialists to welcome throngs of shoppers into stores with fresh, and friendly personalities.
Holiday Greeters and Donation Specialists Description:
  • Engage in friendly conversations with a multitude of different people
  • Always wear a pleasant demeanor to show donators how much you care and value their contributions
  • Thank others for their donations
  • Ring the famous yuletide bells to attract the attention of shoppers
  • Dress warmly to avoid the nip of a Winters days
  • Maintain a clean work environment

Holiday Greeters and Donation Specialists Qualifications:
  • Capacity to communicate with a variety of people who have diverse backgrounds and ideas
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must dress in weather appropriate clothing
  • Ability to bend, flex, lift 20 pounds, stretch and squat
  • Adhere to a background check and a UA examination
